Those black streaks on your roof are alive. Gloeocapsa magma, a bacteria that feeds on shingles and tile, spreads until the whole roof looks twenty years older than it is. Will pressure washing damage my paint, stucco, or roof?

Not the way we do it. High pressure is for concrete and stone. Siding, stucco, and roofs get a soft wash, which relies on gentle detergents and rinsing rather than force. It is the method paint and roofing manufacturers recommend, and it is why we match the technique to every surface instead of blasting everything with one setting.

How soon can you get to my home?

Most quotes go out within 24 hours and most jobs are scheduled within the week. If you have a deadline, like an open house or a graduation party, tell us and we will do our best to work around it.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No. As long as we can reach the surfaces and an outdoor spigot, you can go about your day. We send photos when the work is done, and we are happy to do the final walkthrough by video if you prefer.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, fully licensed and insured. You are welcome to ask for proof of insurance before we start. No reputable exterior cleaner will hesitate to provide it.

What is the $50 off offer?

Is the runoff safe for my plants and pets?

We pre-soak landscaping, use biodegradable detergents at the correct dilution, and rinse everything down when we finish. Keep pets inside while we work and everything is back to normal the moment we pack up.
